After Booking Your Initial Consultation
Step #1: Prepping For Your Consult
Logistics to Tackle Before the Fun Begins
After booking your consultation, you will receive several emails from Practice Better. This is a secure healthcare portal that will prompt you to:
- Create an account
- Complete the required onboarding paperwork
- Pay your invoice
All onboarding material must be completed at least 3 days prior to your session

Step #2: Initial Consultation
Gathering The Gut Healing Puzzle Pieces
1-1.5hr
During you or your child's initial consult, we will:
- Review and expand upon information shared in your intake packet
- Explore current health concerns and healing goals in greater detail
- Complete a (virtual) physical exam to gain further insight into the body's unique expression of dis-ease
- Schedule your Game Planning Session
You will walk away with initial healing guidance in the form of nutrition and lifestyle recommendations that is crafted through a collaborative patient-provider effort.
Step #3: Game Planning Session
Time to Strategize
30m-1hr
Within 3-7 days of your initial consultation, we will meet again to discuss a plan of action and map out next steps. You will walk away from this session with:
- Expanded nutrition and lifestyle recommendations
- Supplementation recommendations as appropriate
- A clear vision of which Gut Healing path is right for you
